Delivery & Returns

UK Delivery

We aim to despatch all orders within 3-5 working days from the day the order is placed.

For parcels weighing up to 2kg we use Royal Mail, orders over 2kg will be sent with a different courier service such as DHL, Hermes etc.

All orders will be tracked until they reach the final destination.

Please make sure that the delivery address you have entered is correct as we cannot accept responsibility if this has been provided incorrectly.

Return & Exchange Policy

We really hope you’re happy with your order, but if for any reason, you are not, please contact us via our online contact form.

If all or part of your order arrives damaged, please contact us via email within 24hrs of receiving your order along with photos of the damage(s). Please send your query via our online contact form along with your order number.

If you are happy for us to send a replacement we will do so, or alternatively we will offer you a full refund – only if this has been raised within 24 hours of you receiving your order.

If you would simply like to return your order for a refund, please send us an email within 14 working days of receiving your order. If you change your mind after the 14 days then please let us know as we may be able to offer an exchange if the item is in perfect resellable condition. You do not have to give any reason for cancellation. However, a brief explanation will help us to improve the service we offer to customers in the future.

Items must be returned to us at your own expense (regardless of the circumstances), along with their original packaging, within 2 weeks should you cancel your order. You must ensure that such items are packaged sufficiently to prevent damage in transit. If items are delivered with damages we unfortunately won’t be able to provide a refund as they haven’t been returned as the same standard as they were delivered

Please note as we are a small business, we do not provide free returns, it is your responsibility to return the item to us.

Please ensure you send it back to us using a tracked service as we cannot be held responsible if the return gets lost.

All returns must be sent back to us in the same way that you received them, in their original packaging to prevent any damages in transit. The item must be unused and undamaged so that it can be sold again.
